Need a recipe

Hi, I need to get a recipe for Cucumber sandwiches. I am in charge of the menu for the mother daughter lunchen at my church this year. I have decided to have a salad bar, two soups, two sandwich choices, fruit, and chocolate cake. I would like to make cucumber sandwiches as one of the sandwich choices for those who are vegitarians. If anyone has a recipe they really like to make and would like to post it, I would greatly apriciate it.

You should sign up for the cooking in the dark email list. You can request recipes and get cooking tips and all that yummy stuff. I hope you find what you're looking for.

Thanks for the link. I am on the cooking in the dark list, but wanted to post a message here as well. I know cucumber sandwiches may sound strange to some, but they are really good as ordurvs and finger sandwiches.

Hi Nicky,
You may really like it. Its a cooking list for blind and VI ppl. Its ran by a man who went blind as an adult and now he also has the cooking in the dark show that runs on ACB radio on the net. The list is realy fun. You can subscribe by going to:
